Coaches are trained to listen, to observe and to customize their approach to the individual client’s needs and relates to the client as the expert in his/her life and work.
The coach’s responsibility is to:
- Discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve;
- Encourage client self-discovery;
- Elicit client-generated solutions and strategies; and
- Hold the client responsible and accountable.
A coach seeks to elicit solutions and strategies from the client and believes that every client is creative, resourceful, and whole.”

Executive coaching can support you in finding and staying on your path. By building a relationship with our clients, we help them stay motivated and on-task, moving toward their long term far-reaching goals.
What kind of commitment do I need to make?
Every client jointly signs a commitment contract with their executive coach. We set the terms of the commitment contract to fit a your individual goals and plans.
Pricing start at $125/hr. depending on situation and goals, and a typical contract is for 6-8 hours over a 2-3 month period. We will construct your program around YOU!
