 Todd has what I consider to be crucial qualities for a professional coach – he listens intently to everything you say (and if necessary gently steers the conversation back on course), makes sure you set and work towards value-oriented goals, and takes an active, sincere role in helping you achieve them.  Todd would often reach out in between sessions to check in, root me on and help keep me on track, which was a real motivator.  And when a major life event occurred in the middle of our coaching, Todd helped to add it within the context of our discussions while we continued to make progress.  I was very hesitant at first to participate in the coaching program, but the trust I felt with Todd early on made me quickly realize I made the right decision.  I’d recommend Todd as a professional coach without hesitation.
